Main Purpose of the Role:
The Programme Manager will be responsible for overall implementation of the preventing HIV and AIDS amongst children, adolescents and families programme in the North- West Province. This role includes stakeholder engagements, budget management, sub-partner management and performance management of project managers.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
A minimum of bachelor’s degree in public health, Health Administration, Management, Social Work or Business Administration with a focus on public health, social science or related field.
Experience:
- A Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and implementation of PEPFAR-funded activity, including program planning, implementation, data use, monitoring, and reporting.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of PEPFAR Technical Guidance for OVC and Prevention.
- Demonstrated experience in public health and OVC programs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including NGO partners and Government Institutions of South Africa at all levels.
- Demonstrated written, presentation, communication, and organizational skills in English.
- Understanding of the South Africa health care delivery system

Main Purpose of the Role.
The overall purpose of the Chief of Party role is to provide oversight and offer leadership, guidance, and stewardship to further the programme’s mission and achieve its’ key deliverables in assisting communities and addressing social and humanitarian challenges, with a particular emphasis on preventing HIV and AIDS amongst children, adolescents and families in the North- West Province.
Programmatic requirements.
The Chief of Party will be responsible for leading a high- quality, results- oriented activity to achieve the objectives and expected results of the PHVP programme. S/he will provide overall strategic and managerial leadership of the activity in collaboration with all major stakeholders. S/he will bring a strong perspective, vision, and strategy on achieving the goal and objectives of the PHVP programme.
The COPs responsibilities include the overall planning, technical leadership and coordination of all activities including the work of any sub- partners. S/he will oversee staff and sub- partners to ensure quality of activities and products developed under the project.
The COP must have regular communication with the Agreement Officer Representative (AOR) at USAID. The COP serves as the principal liaison to USAID, SAG counterparts, and other relevant implementing partners and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Management, Social Work of Business Administration, with a specific focus on public health, social services or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Chief of Party, or a similar role of a large program or activity funded by PEPFAR.
- Demonstrated experience in leading public health projects, including orphan and vulnerable children projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing local and internationally funded donor projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large budgets exceeding $5 million per annum.

The Strategic Information Manager (SIM) is responsible for providing leadership in the development, strengthening, and institutionalisation of the M&E system to ensure implementation of data-based, outcome-oriented, responsive, and cost-efficient programming. Minimum Requirements:
Education:
A minimum of bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, social work, monitoring and evaluation, demography, biostatistics, analytics, or related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
- A Minimum of 8 years of work experience in designing, establishing and managing monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring data quality and managing data intensive, performance-based programs funded by PEPFAR.
- Demonstrated ability to be the senior technical specialist and as a senior subject matter expert in data analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to perform robust data extraction from internal and external information systems.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Risk Compliance & Reporting Officer is responsible for conducting compliance reviews for the HIVSA and the organisation’s sub awardees, working with Grants Officers , in conformance with HIVSA’s Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), donor rules and regulations, where applicable, and local laws. The incumbent will be reporting to the Accounting & Compliance Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in compliance, accounting, or auditing.
- Knowledge of compliance principles, regulations, and standards relevant to nonprofit organisations and grant-funded projects.

Key Performance Areas:
- Assist the Accounting & Compliance Manager in conducting compliance reviews for HIVSA and its sub awardees.
- Review financial records, documents, and transactions to ensure compliance with HIVSA's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), donor requirements, and local regulations.
- Work closely with Grants officers to assess compliance of sub awardees with donor regulations and contractual obligations.
- Identify areas of potential non-compliance and recommend corrective actions to the Accounting & Compliance Manager.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance reviews and findings.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of compliance efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulations and best practices related to compliance in the nonprofit sector.
- Support the Accounting & Compliance Manager in preparing and submitting the Annual Risk Assessment report, which evaluates the effectiveness of HIVSA’s risk management framework and identifies the key risks and mitigation strategies for the upcoming year.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting & Compliance Manager.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Finance & Operations Manager is responsible for operational oversight and management of HIVSA- North West’s Financial Accounting System. The incumbent will need to provide leadership and guidance to the financial management and operations department and ensuring that financial resources allocated for programme implementation are recorded, tracked, and accounted for and used in the fulfilment of the core mission of the organisation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or operations management, preferably in the nonprofit sector or with USAID-funded projects.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial reporting, grant management, and compliance with donor regulations.
Experience in managing operations including procurement and logistics.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of nonprofit financial management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with USAID rules and regulations regarding financial management, grants, and procurement.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records and reporting.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor staff.
- Experience with USAID Compliance: Specific experience with USAID compliance requirements, including financial audits, procurement regulations, and reporting standards, is highly desirable.
