Front Desk Administrator-Receptionist-GP


The overall purpose of this role is to provide support to the operational activities of the organization ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
This role is to ensure that the reception and switchboard are always monitored, training sessions are prepared for, as well as general office administration duties and support is provided.
The Front Desk Administrator and Receptionist is responsible for the administration and implementation of activities to ensure a fair and just working relationship between HIVSA as an employer and its employees

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric or Grade 12

Experience/ Attributes :

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within an Operations, Receptionist, Switchboard and general administrative environment.>
  • Would be an advantage working in an environment supporting training activities. D
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Superior customer service and public relations skills.
  • Good decision making and problem-solving skills with the focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail and accuracy oriented.
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work towards deadlines and work under pressure.
