WHO IS HIVSA?

MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
With oversight and direction from the Human Resource Manager, the HR Administrators will be mainly responsible for
Key Performance Areas:
1. Personnel Files
1.1 New Employee files to be created and to ensure that they are kept up to date with required documentation.
1.2 To ensure the proper safeguarded of personnel records against damage, loss and unauthorised access.
1.3 To ensure that any changes to employment (Appointment, Amendment, and Termination) is done correctly and communicated to all key stakeholders in a timely manner.
1.4 Performs periodic reviews of personnel files to identify documents outstanding / to be updated.
1.5 Amendments to personnel terms and conditions are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
1.6 Changes to personnel terms and conditions are updated to personnel files regularly.
2. Preparation, and Review of Biometrics and Timesheets
2.1 Training of supervisors on the correct use of capturing data of entry and exit times of participants.
2.2 Identify data needing adjustments and collating weekly reports for review by HR Manager
2.3 Ensure that Timesheets correspond with leave for that particular month before signing off.
3. Capturing of all leave & management thereof:
3.1 Administrator should have up to date information on current legislature regarding leave for compliance purposes.
