Office & Logistics Coordinator: Northwest

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Office and logistics co-ordinator is responsible for day-to-day management of the office and its equipment, and the surroundings. Supervision and training of support staff. Coordination and management of operational support activities. Supervision and maintenance of the company fleet.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Matric or Grade 12 , Diploma in logistics management will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Must have excellent typing skills (Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Must have experience in fleet and operations at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid south African drivers’ licence.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Ensure the proper filing, archiving, and safeguarding of original financial records.
  • Prepare the requests for procure for all fleet and office supplies and maintenance.
  • Attend to queries related fleet and Operations.
  • Assist with any compliance related requests.
  • Assist in maintaining HIVSA assets register pertaining to office equipment and vehicles.
  • Assist the front desk administrator with admin duties.
  • Responsible for the coordination of property/resources inspection and maintenance
  • Assisting in the management of the allocation of vehicles
  • Daily logbook checks.
  • Daily monitoring of HIVSA Vehicle tracking system
  • Review of the weekly and monthly fleet reconciliations.
  • Driving for programme teams when required and for ad-hoc HIVSA admin driving duties
